INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful coastal city of Rimini, Italy.

Rimini, located on the Adriatic coast, is renowned for its expansive sandy beaches, rich history, and vibrant summer resort atmosphere.
It offers a perfect setting for cultural exchange and unforgettable performances during the festival from 24–28 June 2026.

Festival welcomes folklore ensembles and cultural-art societies (children, youth, and adult groups).

General Rules:
Performances during the festival parade and cultural-art shows.
Bring national flag.
Send group details via email.
Groups arrange their own transport to Rimini.
Each ensemble receives an official invitation letter.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation in 3-star hotels in Rimini (examples: Hotel Diamond, Hotel Lily, Hotel Crown, Hotel John, Hotel Stacolli, Hotel Elba, Hotel Karin, Hotel Ilde).

Participation Fee:
195 EUR per person for 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner).

Additional Costs:
Double room supplement: 5 EUR per person per night.
Tourist tax: from 2.50 EUR per person per day (age 14+).
Optional excursions (extra paid).

Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 members.
Certificates and plaques.
Organization expenses, program leading, professional assistance.
Invitation letter for visa purposes (visas are free for participating cultural-art societies).

Hotel Stay Includes:
Half board service.
Accommodation in triple/quadruple rooms.
Central location close to beaches and city center.

 PROGRAM

Day 1 – 24.06.2026
Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.
Tour of Rimini: introduction to the resort, beaches, and city walk.
Dinner and overnight stay. Optional: visit to local discotheques.

Day 2 – 25.06.2026
Breakfast.
Day at the beach or optional half-day tour to Ravenna (UNESCO Byzantine heritage).
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 – 26.06.2026
Breakfast.
Festival Day: preparation for the parade.
Defile through the city of Rimini.
Cultural-art performances.
Awarding of certificates and plaques.
Dinner. Optional: discotheque. Overnight stay.

Day 4 – 27.06.2026
Breakfast.
Optional half-day tour to San Marino (oldest republic in the world).
Dinner. Optional friendly night at discotheque. Overnight stay.

Day 5 – 28.06.2026
Breakfast.
Optional full-day tour to Venice, Verona, Padua, or Trieste.
Departure. Farewell and invitation for next year.
