INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful Zaton Resort, near Zadar, Croatia, from June 11-17, 2026.

Zaton is a picturesque holiday resort located just 14 km from the historic city of Zadar and 90 km from the stunning Krka National Park waterfalls. It offers a perfect blend of relaxation and cultural exploration.

Festival Welcomes:
Soloists, duets, trios, small groups, ensembles, and choirs in various artistic genres.

Genres & Categories:
Folklore, Vocal, Vocal-Instrumental, Choreography, Instrumental, Theatrical Arts, Circus Arts, and Defile.

General Rules:
The festival is competitive. Performance time limits:
Soloists, duets, trios: 4 minutes.
Small groups (4-10 persons): 6 minutes.
Ensembles (11+ persons): 9 minutes.
Participants may compete in multiple categories with separate applications and fees.
Groups arrange own transport. Transfers available at extra cost.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation & Info
Accommodation:
4-star Zaton Holiday Resort in two-room cottages (Camping Homes), 5–6 persons per cottage.

Special Offer Festival Package (7 days / 6 nights):
Ages 4–14: 395 EUR per person
Ages 14–18: 445 EUR per person
Ages 18+: 490 EUR per person
One free slot for a group leader per 20 paying participants.

What’s Included in the Package:
Accommodation for 6 nights.
Half-board meals (breakfast and dinner, buffet style).
Tourist tax.
Access to resort facilities: outdoor pools, splash park, sports grounds, etc.

Participation Fees (Separate from Accommodation):
Groups (11+ persons): 18 EUR / participant
Small Groups (4-10 persons): 22 EUR / participant
Duets/Trios: 30 EUR / participant
Soloists: 35 EUR / participant
Additional category fee applies for multiple entries.

Additional Costs:
Extra nights: 55 – 70 EUR per person/day.
Transportation services (airport/hotel, hotel/venue).
Optional excursions.
A refundable deposit of 20 EUR per person upon check-in.

Participant Parade and “presentation shows.”
Opening of the competition on the open-air stage.
Competition performances.
Gala concert and awards ceremony.
Dinner.

Day 7: June 17, 2026
Breakfast.
Check-out and departure.

Awards & Jury Info
Awards:
Grand Prix – Diamond Champion: Large Grand Prix cup, medals, and diploma.
Small Grand Prix: Cup, medals, and diploma.
Laureates of I, II, III, IV prize: Individual diplomas, medals, and group cup.
Special “Debut” diplomas for MINI KIDS category.
Thank you letters for teachers and leaders.
All participants receive festival memorabilia (badges, magnets, notebooks), individual diplomas, and medals.

Jury:
An international jury of 5 members from the fields of culture, arts, and media.
Evaluation on a 10-point scale.
The jury’s decisions are final. They can award special prizes and withhold the Grand Prix if scores are insufficient.
The sequence of events may change.
