INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic and vibrant city of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Thessaloniki, the “Nymph of Thermaikos”, is a place where history meets vibrant everyday life and tradition harmonizes with modern urban rhythm. As a crossroads of cultures for centuries, with the iconic White Tower dominating its beach and numerous UNESCO World Heritage monuments, the city is the ideal destination for an International Cultural Festival during 17–20 July 2026.

 


 

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Festival Welcomes:
Traditional Folk Dance Groups, Choirs, Orchestras from all over the world.

General Rules:
Performance lasting up to 12 minutes (CD/flash or live orchestra).
Bring national flag and club banner (if available).
No limit to the number of participants per group.
Send completed Entry Form via email.
Groups arrange own transport. Optional travel and excursion offers available.

 


 

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation:
Selected 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels in Thessaloniki.

Participation Fee:
196 EUR – 3 nights in a 3–4 star hotel with breakfast.
238 EUR – 3 nights in the 5-star Grand Hotel Palace with breakfast.
262 EUR – 3 nights in the 5-star Grand Hotel Palace with half board.

Additional Costs:
Longer stay: 52 EUR/person/day (3–4 star) or 65 EUR/person/day (5 star).
Half board in other hotels: price depends on the hotel.
Residence Tax.
Medical care and insurance for participants.

Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 persons.
Individual participation certificates, souvenirs, photos, videos.
Traditional party with snacks, drinks, and music.
Transportation from the hotel to the event venue and vice versa.
Gifts and treats on the day of the performance.

 


 

PROGRAM INFORMATION

Day 1 (Friday, 17 July 2026):
14:30 – Arrival at the hotel & check-in.
Welcome by a festival representative.
Free time for rest, walking in the city, or optional excursion.

Day 2 (Saturday, 18 July 2026):
Morning – Breakfast at the hotel.
Day – Free day for activities / Optional Excursion.
Evening – Dinner at the hotel (for groups with half board).
20:30 – Traditional party at the 5* Grand Hotel Palace. Memorial gifts and participation certificates distributed.

Day 3 (Sunday, 19 July 2026):
Morning – Breakfast at the hotel.
Day – Optional excursion to nearby sandy beaches.
Afternoon – Lunch at the hotel (for groups with half board).
19:00 – Departure from the hotel in traditional costumes for the main festival event.
Souvenirs distributed by the Municipality during the event. Treats and water served.

Day 4 (Monday, 20 July 2026):
Morning – Breakfast at the hotel.
Day – Departure of the groups.

 


 

EXCURSION INFORMATION

Optional Excursions (extra paid):
Thessaloniki City Tour.
Food Tour.
Cruise with a wooden boat in Thermaicos Gulf with the view of Mt. Olympus.
Trip to the nearest beautiful sandy beaches for swimming and outdoor activities.
