INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the vibrant cities of Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand.

Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, is renowned for its ornate shrines, bustling street life, and the magnificent Grand Palace. Nearby Pattaya offers beautiful beaches, lively markets, and exciting island trips, creating a dynamic contrast.

Together, these locations provide the perfect setting for a rich cultural exchange during the festival from 5–11 December 2026.

The festival welcomes folk dance groups, music bands, and drum groups.

Performances should last between 5 and 20 minutes. Each group must have 10–80 members (including officials, musicians, and performers). Members must be over 13 years old.

Groups must bring their national flag and one gift for exchange with the organizer. Group profile, photos, and YouTube links should be sent via email for publicity.

Groups arrange their own international transport. All internal festival transportation is provided by the organizers.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged at 3–4 star hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya, such as The Cotai Luxury Design Hotel, Eastern Grand Palace Hotel, and Diana Garden Resort.

Participation fee: 7,000 THB per person (approximately 190 EUR). The fee is accepted in Thai Baht cash only.

Included by organizers:
One free spot for every 20 paying participants (group leaders are free).
Three meals per day, starting with dinner on December 5 and ending with breakfast on December 11.
