INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic and vibrant city of Rome, Italy, for the upcoming festival from 12–15 March 2026. Rome, with its nearly 3,000 years of art, architecture, and culture, provides an inspiring backdrop for international cultural exchange.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Festival Welcomes: Folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, and modern dance groups (children, youth, and adult groups).

General Rules: Performance lasting 10–15 minutes (own music, orchestra, or CD). Limit 60 persons per group. Maximum 3 groups per country. Send CV and photos via email. Groups arrange own transport to Rome.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation at various 3-star and 4-star hotels in Rome and vicinity (e.g., Hotel Scacciapensieri, Park Hotel Serenissima, Hotel Principe, Hotel Vila Maria).

Participation Fee:
165 EUR – 3 nights with breakfast (3/4* hotels)
189 EUR – 3 nights with breakfast (specific 3/4* hotels)

Additional Costs: Double room surcharge 7 EUR/person/night. Mandatory city tax for Rome (varies by hotel). Optional dinner supplement from 20 EUR.

Included by Organizers: One free participation per 25 members (24+1), diplomas, accommodation in triple/quadruple rooms. Hotel facilities vary by property, typically include standard amenities.

 PROGRAM

Day 1 – Arrival in Rome, hotel check-in. Optional sightseeing tour (Termini Station, St. Peter in Chains, Roman Forums, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps). Leisure time. Optional Disco club visit. Overnight.

Day 2 – Breakfast. Festival preparations and sound check. Festival performances. Awarding of diplomas. Friendly night & final party. Overnight.

Day 3 – Breakfast. Leisure time OR optional trip to Naples (Castel Nuovo, Royal Palace, Galleria Umberto I, Toledo street, tourist port) OR Vatican tour (Vatican Palace, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica). Return to Rome. Leisure time. Overnight.

Day 4 – Breakfast. Hotel check-out. Leisure time OR optional tour of Tivoli (Villa d’Este, fountains). Departure.

 EXCURSIONS

Optional excursions (extra paid):
Tour of Rome – 15 EUR
Tivoli with Villa d’Este ticket – 35 EUR (adults) / 30 EUR (children under 18)
Naples – 40 EUR (adults) / 35 EUR (children under 18)
Vatican – request 3 months in advance

All excursions must be booked up to 14 days before the festival. The Organizing Committee cannot guarantee excursions ordered after the deadline or during the festival.
