INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the magnificent city of Istanbul, Turkey.

Istanbul is bounded on the north and the south by two seas, the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara. The western half of the city lies in Europe while the eastern half is situated in Asia; in between the two halves flows the Bosphorus Strait. It is a city of great museums, historical places, shopping centers, and a lively social life.

Take part in our festival and feel the mystery of the Bosphorus during the festival from 1–5 April 2026.

 PARTICIPATION

Festival welcomes singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance, and modern dance groups. Participants must be 10 years of age or older.

Each group will perform for 5–15 minutes, using either live or recorded music. Groups are requested to send photos along with their applications.

All groups must have valid medical insurance before coming to the festival. The organizing committee will not cover any medical or hospital costs, but emergency ambulance assistance will be provided if necessary.

Approved groups pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which is deducted from the final payment. Hotel reservations are confirmed once 20% of the total amount is deposited to the organizer’s bank account.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be provided in 4-star hotels in Istanbul.

Participation fee:
195 EUR per person – 4 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

If there are more than 30 participants, one leader or driver is free of charge.
For groups of 45 or more participants, two leaders or drivers are free.

Extra day: 45 EUR per person.

Hotel facilities include rooms with 2–3 beds, each with private bathroom and shower, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, game rooms, and an activity hall.

PROGRAM

The festival will begin on 1 April 2026 at 16:00 and conclude on 5 April 2026 at 10:00.

A detailed daily program will be provided later.

Available activities during the festival include Turkish folk dances, musical instrument demonstrations, Turkish language lessons, morning exercise, excursions, and walking tracks. These activities will be included in the festival schedule.

EXCURSIONS & TRANSFERS

Optional Excursions (extra paid):
A private Bosphorus boat tour will be arranged for groups wishing to participate.

Special tours and sightseeing trips in Istanbul are also available upon request and are not included in the festival package.
