XI International Folk Dance & Music festival “BODRUM SUMMER FEST”

INVITATION
We cordially invite children and youth folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance groups, majorette teams, and music bands from around the world to participate in the International Festival in Bodrum, Turkey, taking place from 24 to 28 June 2026. This festival celebrates cultural diversity, artistic excellence, and international friendship through music, dance, and performance in a stunning seaside setting.
Conditions for participation:
- Participants have to come in Bodrum - Muğla on 24th June - check in time is 14.00; Departure on 28th June 2026, check out time is 11.00 a.m
- There is not any limit for participants number.
- Participants can use USB or live music.
- Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision.
- Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions.
- Participants should prepare performances with duration maximum 8 minutes.
- Concerts are in open area - stage with dimensions 10*9 meter.
- Festival language is English.
- There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in their spare time.
- Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment). Yacht Tour price is 12 Euro per person.
- The groups will be accommodated in a hotel which is very close to the seaside.
- Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups.
- Groups should bring a flag of their country with them.
- There is no limit for the age of participants.
- After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances).
- Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements.
Participation fee:
- 200 Euro per person for 4 nights/ 5 days in triple rooms (1 french bed and 1 single bed) in 4* Hotel on FB base (three meals per day) + non alcohol drinks. Double room price is 56 Euro per person per day
- 233 Euro per person for 4 nights/ 5 days in triple rooms (1 french bed and 1 single bed) in 5* Hotel on FB base (three meals per day) + non alcohol drinks Double room price is 63 Euro per person per day
- 250 Euro per person for 4 nights/ 5 days in triple rooms (1 french bed and 1 single bed) in 5* Hotel on AI base (all inclusive) Double room price is 70 Euro per person per day
* On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free).
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Day 1:
14:00 Arrival in Bodrum, hotel check-in, and free time at the beach.
18:00–20:00 Dinner at the hotel
21:00 Welcome reception with group leaders
Day 2
07:00–10:00 Breakfast.
10:00–15:00 Sightseeing in Gumusluk and Yalikavak (optional) or free time at the beach.
17:30–18:30 Dinner at the hotel.
19:30 Ensemble parade.
20:00 Official festival evening in the city square.
Day 3
07:00–10:00 Breakfast.
10:00–18:00 Daily boat excursion with swimming and lunch (optional visit to Kos Island)
17:30–18:30 Dinner at the hotel
20:00 Second festival evening (optional).
Day 4
07:00–10:00 Breakfast.
10:30–12:00 Visit to the Municipality and reception with the Mayor.
19:00–20:00 Dinner at the hotel
21:00 Closing ceremony, presentation of certificates and gifts, and final party with all participants.
Day 5
07:00–10:00 Breakfast.
12:00 Departure.
EXCURSION INFORMATION
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in various excursions, including aquapark and yacht trips at an extra cost, sightseeing tours of Gumusluk and Yalikavak with optional free beach time, and daily boat excursions exploring the Bodrum Peninsula or visiting Kos Island (optional).
Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 2.000 Euro deposit before 20 Mart 2026.
