INVITATION

We are delighted to INVITE you to the V International Mediterranean Dance Festival “MARMARIS DAYS” in the stunning coastal city of Marmaris, Turkey. Famous for its turquoise waters, vibrant nightlife, and rich cultural heritage, Marmaris offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable dance competition and cultural exchange. This festival brings together folk dance ensembles from around the world, providing an opportunity for performers of all ages to share their traditions, celebrate diversity, and create lasting memories.

 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

The festival welcomes folk dance ensembles including children, youth, and adult groups. Performances should last between 5-10 minutes, with live music preferred, although recorded music is acceptable. Each group is required to bring their national flag and prepare a minimum of two different performances. There are no age restrictions for participants.

Groups must submit the application form along with six digital photos, a group description, and performance videos or links via email.

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation will be provided at the 4-star Pineta Club Hotel. The participation fee is 210 EUR per person for 4 nights with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Room supplements are as follows: double room 20 EUR/person/day, single room 30 EUR/person/day. One free spot is available for every 25 paying participants.

Hotel facilities include beach access, swimming pools, entertainment programs, and open buffet dining with a variety of options. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern amenities.

Participants are required to arrange international health insurance independently.

Payment schedule:
Deposit: 2000 EUR (non-refundable) by 15 February 2025.
Second Payment: 1000 EUR by 15 March 2025.
Final Payment: Remaining balance upon arrival.
Application Deadline: 15 February 2025.
