INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic city of Telavi, Georgia, at the Vazha-Pshavela Professional State Drama Theatre.

Telavi, the heart of the Kakheti region, is renowned for its rich history, traditional Georgian architecture, and scenic vineyards. The city offers a unique cultural atmosphere, highlighted by its historic landmarks and warm hospitality.

This creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 05–09 March 2026.

The festival welcomes amateur and professional dance collectives, individual performers, children, youth, and adult groups, as well as students and other creative groups.

General Rules:
Present two performances totaling 5–12 minutes (USB or live music).
Participant collectives must follow the festival schedule and regulations.
Submit application and festival form by 10 February 2026.
Student-Youth groups must submit an application issued by the Students Self-Government.
Participants may display their or sponsors’ logo in a visible place.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided at 3-star and 4-star hotels in and around the city center.

Participation Fee:
230 EUR – 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner).
Additional night: 30 EUR (with breakfast and dinner).

Additional Costs:
Tourist tax and insurance – to be confirmed with the hotel.
Excursion and transfer costs are extra (see section below).

Included by Organizers:
Certificates, diplomas, and special prizes.
Opportunity to perform at opening and closing ceremonies.
Full promotion and organizational support.

Centrally located hotels with half-board meal plan (breakfast and dinner).
