INVITATION

With great pleasure, we invite you to participate in the International Festival of Dance and Music, taking place from 12 to 18 February 2026 in Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand. This unique event brings together folk dance groups, music bands, and drum ensembles from around the world to share traditions, celebrate cultural heritage, and promote peace through art.

Participation Information

The festival welcomes:

Folk dance groups

Music bands

Drum groups.

General Rules
Performances: Each group will present 3 performances (5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes each).
Competition: A judged competition will be held for ranks 1–3, Best Costume, and Best Performance.
Group Size: 10 – 65 persons per group, including officials, musicians, and performers. Members must be over 13 years old.
Documents: Each group must provide a profile, photos, YouTube links, and a detailed member list for the duration of the stay.
Gift Exchange: Every group should prepare one gift for exchange with the organizer.
Travel: Groups must arrange and cover their own international travel, visas, and insurance.

 Accommodation & Participation Fee

Accommodation: 3–4 star hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya. Standard rooming is 2 persons per room.

Participation Fee: 190 EUR per person (to be paid in Thai Baht only, according to the daily exchange rate).

The fee includes:
– Accommodation for 6 nights
– Full board (3 meals per day), starting with dinner on 12 February and ending with lunch on 18 February
– All internal festival transportation and sightseeing
– Entrance fees to cultural sites and islands
– Thai costume and elephant care activities
– Certificates, awards, and souvenirs

Special Privilege: Register 20 persons and receive 1 spot free.

General Conditions
Insurance & Health: All groups must purchase their own accident and hospitalization insurance before traveling to Thailand. The organizer will assist in transporting ill or injured members to the nearest clinic or hospital but is not responsible for surgery or hospitalization costs.

Registration: Applications close on 29 December 2025 or when the participant capacity is full. The festival accepts registration fee payments in Thai Baht only. Please exchange currency upon arrival at Bangkok Airport.

Responsibility: Groups must abide by the festival program and facilities prepared by the organizer, which may be subject to change.
