INVITATION

We warmly invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, majorette teams, ballroom dance teams, and modern dance troupes, including children, youth, and adult performers, to participate in the V Majorette & Orchestra Festival “BUDVA BEATLINE.”

The festival’s light motif is to showcase the cultural traditions of various countries and foster friendships among participants through dance and music.


PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

The festival is a non-competitive showcase for traditional and modern dance, choral groups, majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands.

Every eligible ensemble has the right to participate. Groups are limited to three per country, with a maximum of 80 members per group, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.

Each group should prepare at least 2 dances, each 10–15 minutes long, with USB or orchestra accompaniment. Participants should bring their national flag.

Groups must provide their own transportation for arrival and departure. A short CV and three photos of the group must be submitted in advance.


ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation Cost:

 €135 per person – 3 nights / 4 days, 2 meals per day
€175 per person – 4 nights / 5 days, 2 meals per day
€215 per person – 5 nights / 6 days, 2 meals per day
Additional double room: +10 Euro per person per night
Extension of stay: 40 Euro per person per day

Tourist tax and insurance: 1.50 Euros per person per day, to be paid additionally.

Parking for buses is paid additionally.

One free participant for every 25 paying participants

Promotion of the festival (press releases, social media, posters, flyers)

INSURANCE: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required. Medical services must be covered by the group. First Aid and hospital access will be available.

TRANSPORTATION: For groups arriving by plane, transport from Tivat or Podgorica airport to Budva can be arranged at an additional cost.

13:00 – Arrival in Budva, hotel check-in, free time
19:00 – Dinner at hotel
21:00 – Welcome reception and group leaders’ meeting

Day 2
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast
11:00–14:00 – Budva sightseeing and optional boat trip to St. Stefan
17:30–19:30 – Dinner at hotel
20:00–23:00 – Ensemble parade, festival opening, performances, and group dance

Day 3
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–18:00 – Excursion to Kotor and Herceg Novi or optional trip to Dubrovnik
18:00–20:00 – Dinner at hotel
21:00–00:00 – Certificates, gifts, and group party

Day 4
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–18:00 – Beach day or optional excursion to Dubrovnik
18:00–20:00 – Dinner at hotel
21:00–00:00 – Free time (optional discotheque)

Day 5
09:00 – Breakfast
11:00 – Departure


COMMUNICATION STEPS

Step 1 — Apply

Fill out the online application form with your group details.

Step 2 — Confirmation

You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.

Step 3 — Application Number

Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.

Step 4 — Review

WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.

Step 5 — Acceptance

If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions.

Deposit must be paid within 10 days.

Step 6 — Secure Your Spot

Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.

Step 7 — Finalization

A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.

Due to the exclusive location in the Old Town of Budva, stage is not allowed.
