INVITATION

We are pleased to invite all types of Choirs, Singing and Vocal Groups from around the world to participate in the I International Choir Festival “ISTRA CHOIR FEST,” taking place from July 03 to July 08, 2025 in Pula, Rovinj, and Rijeka, Croatia.

The festival aims to showcase the cultural traditions of different countries and provide an opportunity for participants to come together, build friendships, and share their culture through music and song.


PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Eligible participants include choirs, singing and vocal groups. Each group should prepare a program lasting 12–15 minutes and bring their national flag.

The festival is limited to 60 participants per group (including musicians, leaders, and family members), with only three groups accepted per country.

A short CV and photos of the group must be sent via email. Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from the festival. For groups arriving by plane, the festival committee can arrange transfers and provide cost information.


ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Participation fee:
159 Euros per person – 3 nights with half board (open buffet, 2 meals daily, drinks included with dinner)
208 Euros per person – 4 nights with half board
256 Euros per person – 5 nights with half board
Additional stay: 49 Euros per person per night

Double room supplement: 11 Euros per person per day
Single room supplement: 30 Euros per person per day

Accommodation is in the 3* Tourist Resort Duga Uvala, with its own beach, swimming pools, and standard rooms in triple and quadruple occupancy. Meals are served buffet-style with drinks included for dinner.

Tourist tax and insurance are additional at 1.6 Euros per person per day.

Transportation: for all of the group who arrive by plane in Trieste, we can arrange tranasport to Pula. (Paid Additionaly)

INSURANCE: Each group is responsible for its own personal and health insurance. First Aid and hospital services will be available, but medical costs must be covered by the groups.

Note: All meals are included according to the selected accommodation plan. Excursions are optional and may incur extra charges.

Step 1 — Apply

Fill out the online application form with your group details.

Step 2 — Confirmation

You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.

Step 3 — Application Number

Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.

Step 4 — Review

WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.

Step 5 — Acceptance

If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions.

Deposit must be paid within 10 days.

Step 6 — Secure Your Spot

Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.

Step 7 — Finalization

A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION

Boat Excursions
Fish Picnic Cres Island: Full-day trip from Rabac port (10:00–17:00). Includes grilled fish lunch (meat or vegetarian option available), drinks, beach time on Cres Island, music, animation, and sightseeing in Cres town. Bus transfer not included.
Panorama by Boat: Two-hour scenic ride from Rabac port along the Istrian Riviera and Kvarner Bay with views of Cres and Lošinj islands. Bus transfer not included.

Sightseeing Tours
Labin by Night: Guided evening tour of the medieval town of Labin with tastings of olive oil, wine, or grappa. Minimum 15 participants, bus transfer not included.
Pula: Guided city tour including the Arena amphitheater and Roman monuments. Minimum 15 participants, entrance tickets and bus transfer not included.
Rakalj Village: Visit a traditional Istrian village with local heritage presentation and optional traditional food tasting. Minimum 15 participants, bus transfer not included.
Gems of Istria: Visits to Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, Svetvinčenat, and other locations. Includes guided tours of coastal and inland villages, museums, and churches. Minimum 15 participants, entrance tickets and bus transfer not included.

National Park & Special Tours
Brijuni National Park: Departure from Fažana with boat transfer included. Visit nature sites, archaeological remains, and the open-air zoo. Bus transfer not included; discounts for children and elderly participants.
Other options: Venice Boat Trip (full day) and Plitvice Lakes Trip (full day).
