I Majorette & Orchestra Festival “Budva Parade of Harmony”

INVITATION
With pleasure, we INVITE you Orchestras, Brass Bands, and Majorette Teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the I Majorette & Orchestra Festival “Budva Parade of Harmony,” taking place from 08–12 July 2026 in Budva, Montenegro. Budva offers a stunning seaside location, perfect for culture, music, and sightseeing.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Non-competitive festival for Orchestras, Brass Bands, and Majorette Teams.
Children’s ensembles (2/3 of participants must be 16 or younger), Youth ensembles (2/3 of participants must be 25 or younger), Adult ensembles (1/3 of participants must be older than 25).
Each group may include up to 70 members, including performers, managers, and musicians. Family members may join at the same price.
Maximum of 3 groups per country.
Each group prepares a 10–15 minute performance with USB or orchestral accompaniment. Performances take place in the evenings.
Groups must send a short CV in English (6–7 sentences) and 5 photos.
Bring your national flag. Groups are responsible for their own transport.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participation Fee:
120 EUR per person for 3 nights with half-board (2 meals per day) in 3-star hotels.
155 EUR per person for 4 nights with half-board.
190 EUR per person for 5 nights with half-board.
Additional double room: 10 EUR per person per night.
Additional stay :36 EUR per person per day

Montenegro tourist tax and insurance: 1.50 EUR per person/day, payable at the hotel.
Transportation: for groups who are coming by plane, we can arrange transport from (Tivat or Podgorica airport) to Budva. (Paid additionaly)
Bus parking: additional fee.

INSURANCE
Personal responsibility and health insurance are the responsibility of each group. First aid and medical services will be available; costs must be covered by participants.
Extended stay: 30 EUR per day per person HB for festival participants.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Day 1:
13:00 – Arrival in Budva, hotel accommodation, free time (beach, swimming, sunbathing)
19:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel
21:00 – Welcome reception with group leaders
Day 2:
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast (open buffet)
10:00–14:00 – Budva sightseeing with local guide and boat cruise to St. Stefan (14 EUR per person)
17:30–19:00 – Dinner at the hotel
20:00–22:00 – Defile and evening performances in the Old City
Day 3:
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–18:00 – Visit Kotor with tour guide (12 EUR per person) or optional Dubrovnik, Croatia (16 EUR per person) or free beach time
18:00–19:00 – Dinner at the hotel
20:00–23:00 – Festival evening, certificate presentation, gift exchange, and dancing at Tree Cane Square
Day 4:
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–18:00 – Excursions: Kotor, Herceg Novi, Boka Kotorska Bay boat trip, Dubrovnik, St. Stefan, Aqua Park, or beach time
19:00–21:00 – Dinner at the hotel
21:00 – Free time (optional discotheque or restaurant)
Day 5:
09:00 – Breakfast
11:00 – Departure of participants

10:00–16:00 – Beach time and free activities
19:00–20:00 – Dinner at the hotel

COMMUNICATION STEPS
Step 1 — Apply
Fill out the online application form with your group details.
Step 2 — Confirmation
You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.
Step 3 — Application Number
Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.
Step 4 — Review
WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.
Step 5 — Acceptance
If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions.
Deposit must be paid within 10 days.
Step 6 — Secure Your Spot
Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.
Step 7 — Finalization
A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.
