XII International Majorette & Orchestra Festival “SKIATHOS FEST”

INVITATION
We are delighted to invite Majorette & Orchestra Groups to participate in the XII International Majorette & Orchestra Festival “SKIATHOS FEST,” which will be held from 27 June – 01 July 2026 on the stunning island of Skiathos, Greece. Skiathos is renowned for its pine forests, over 60 pristine sandy beaches, and crystal-clear sea, offering a perfect setting for culture and relaxation.
PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The festival is open to children, youth, and adult Majorette & Orchestra groups. Each country may send up to 3 groups. Groups must have a minimum of 50 members, including performers, managers, and musicians. Each group should prepare a 15-minute performance program. Performances will take place in the evenings, allowing daytime for excursions and sightseeing. Groups must send a short biography and 2–3 photos by post and bring their national flag. Transport to and from the festival is the responsibility of each group.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participation Fee:
€159 per person for 4 nights with breakfast (BB)
€189 per person for 5 nights with breakfast (BB)
Dinner may be added for €20 per person per night
Accommodation is in 3-star hotels, located 800 meters from the city center. Rooms include double (for leaders and drivers), triple, and quadruple options. Additional costs:
Extra night stay: €45 per person per night
Double room supplement: €12 per person per night
Single room supplement: €30 per person per night
A tourist tax and insurance fee of €2 per person/day apply.

One free participant for every 25 paid participants
Free bus parking
Organizers can arrange discounted ferry transportation
Detailed festival programs will be provided upon arrival, along with guides to assist each group throughout the event. After the festival, participants will receive access to photos and videos.

COMMUNICATION STEPS
Step 1 — Apply
Fill out the online application form with your group details.
Step 2 — Confirmation
You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.
Step 3 — Application Number
Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.
Step 4 — Review
WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.
Step 5 — Acceptance
If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions. Deposit must be paid within 10 days.
Step 6 — Secure Your Spot
Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.
Step 7 — Finalization
A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.

EXCURSIONS INFORMATION
Participants can enjoy various tourist activities and excursions (available for an additional fee), including visits to nearby islands featuring breathtaking beaches by boat or bus, tours of monasteries, museums, and churches, organized Greek night parties, photo opportunities under an international landing aircraft, diving experiences with chances to spot dolphins, turtles, fish, and corals. Group ferry transportation and assistance with transport from Thessaloniki Airport for arriving groups can be arranged (costs to be covered by the group).
