INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE Singing Groups, Vocal Groups, and all types of Choirs to participate in the XII International Choir Festival “SKIATHOS VOICES” which will be held from June 27 to July 1, 2026, on the stunning island of Skiathos, Greece. Skiathos is renowned for its pine forests, over 60 pristine sandy beaches, and crystal-clear sea, offering a perfect setting for culture and relaxation.
PARTICIPATION INFO
Open to children, youth, and adult Singing and Choral groups. The festival is limited to 3 groups per country. Each group must have a minimum of 50 members, including singers, managers, and musicians. Groups should prepare a 15-minute singing program. Performances will be held in the evenings to allow for daytime excursions. A short group biography and 2–3 photos must be sent by post. Groups must bring their national flag and arrange their own transport to and from the festival.
ACCOMMODATION INFO
Participation Fee:
€159 per person for 4 nights with breakfast (BB)
€189 per person for 5 nights with breakfast (BB)
Dinner can be added for €20 per person per night
All double and single rooms are available upon request. Multiple-bed accommodations are assigned based on availability.
Extra night stay: €45 per person per night.
Double room supplement: €12 per person per night.
Single room supplement: €30 per person per night.
Accommodation is in 3-star hotels, located 800 meters from the city center, in double (leaders and drivers), triple, and quadruple rooms.
Special Offers:
One free spot for every 25 paid participants.
Free bus parking.
Organizers can arrange discounted ferry transportation.
Additional costs include a tourist tax and insurance fee of €2 per person/day.
Detailed festival programs will be provided upon arrival, along with guides to assist each group throughout the event. After the festival concludes, participants will have access to photos and videos.

14:00–19:00 – Beach time or excursions
21:00 – Free time or optional Greek night
Day 3:
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–19:00 – Tourist visits (excursions)
21:00 – Free time
Day 4:
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
10:00–16:00 – Optional tourist visits
19:00 – Parade in the city center
20:00 – Opening Festival Night
22:00 – Festival end, with diplomas and gifts distribution
Day 5 (optional for extended stays):
08:00–10:00 – Breakfast
11:00–16:00 – Beach time and free activities
21:00 – Free time
Final Day:
08:00–09:00 – Breakfast
11:00 – Departure of participants
COMMUNICATION STEPS
STEP 1 — APPLY
Fill out the online application form with your group details.
STEP 2 — CONFIRMATION
You’ll instantly receive an email confirming we got your application.
STEP 3 — APPLICATION NUMBER
Within 2 days you’ll receive your Application Number and required materials list.
STEP 4 — REVIEW
WOFA reviews your application and checks availability.
STEP 5 — ACCEPTANCE
If accepted, you’ll receive an Invitation Letter and deposit instructions. Deposit must be paid within 10 days.
STEP 6 — SECURE YOUR SPOT
Send us your deposit confirmation. Your participation is officially confirmed.
STEP 7 — FINALIZATION
A WOFA coordinator will guide you through the final steps: participant list, travel details, and performance info.

Festival take place at the main square of Skiathos, stage will not be allowed due to the special location

Participants can enjoy various tourist activities and excursions (available for an additional fee), including:
Visits to nearby islands featuring breathtaking beaches by boat or bus
Tours of monasteries, museums, and churches
Organized Greek night parties
Photo opportunities under an international landing aircraft
Diving experiences with chances to spot dolphins, turtles, fish, and corals
Group ferry transportation arranged by the organizers
Assistance with transportation from Thessaloniki Airport for groups arriving by plane (costs to be covered by the group)
